Just as bad deeds rarely stay hidden, your good work will spread through social media channels, earning you valuable word-of-mouth marketing. So, the next time a customer has a problem or a complaint, be genuine in your approach to help them; resolving it in the shortest possible time while making them as happy as you possibly can.

  4. Leveraging Technology: Small businesses often lack the resources to implement highly sophisticated technologies in their daily operations. However, it is indeed possible to use technology to automate certain areas of a business. This saves both time and money by freeing employees from mundane and unproductive tasks; instead, they can focus on being more productive, and accomplishing core business goals.
