MorTrack provides a number of general and topic specific “How To Videos” for FREE! The video tutorials provide and assist customers on navigating common usage tasks and functionality processes with the intent of being a refresher overview. Additional and customized training sessions are available for a fee (see services and add-ons).

Custom Technical Services
On a project basis, MorTrack offers custom configuration and report development services for customer requested account services and requirements for a fee of $175 per hour.
MorTrack offers platform integration with funeral home answering services. This feature will require us to reach out to your answering service for permissions.
MorTrack offers a variety of training services and packages that can assist customers with initial employee training, ongoing employee training, and onboarding new employees on the usage and operations of MorTrack. Additionally, MorTrack can provide customized onsite training events as well as refresher training.
